| HVAC:
The building has a central air-handling system with return air fans and floor-by-floor variable air volume (VAV) air handling units. The system is capable of off-hours operation with a supplemental packaged chiller providing off-hours chilled water. Additionally, base building HVAC will be available through extended hours on weekends. Heating is provided through perimeter radiation. |
| ELECTRICAL SERVICE:
