LOCATION: The building is located on the Northwest corner of 51st Street & Fifth Avenue, in the heart of Manhattan's Rockefeller Center.
REDEVELOPMENT: Designed by Kohn Pedersen & Fox, the 2004 building redevelopment features a dramatic 12 story glass curtain walled jewel box atop the existing limestone clad base.
BUILDING SIZE: 22 stories consisting of 325,000 sf

HVAC: The building has a central air-handling system with return air fans and floor-by-floor variable air volume (VAV) air handling units. The system is capable of off-hours operation with a supplemental packaged chiller providing off-hours chilled water. Additionally, base building HVAC will be available through extended hours on weekends. Heating is provided through perimeter radiation.
ELECTRICAL SERVICE: The building provide at least 7.5 watts per usable square foot on floors 9-22, exclusive of base building HVAC.
ELEVATORS: New state-of-the-art, high speed elevators include seven passenger cars and 1 service car.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS: Verizon provides telephone service to the building, with two main telecommunication points of entry. The building is also equipped for cable television and fiber optic capabilities.
